No. The initial consultation, medical report review and appointment booking are free. You pay the hospital directly for treatment, according to the hospital’s official estimate.
Once your appointment is confirmed, the hospital issues an invitation letter. We help you prepare the complete visa file — passport, photos, bank statement, medical reports and the hospital letter — and guide you through the submission.
Yes. Send us your latest medical reports and we will get a treatment plan and estimated cost from the hospital’s specialist, so you can compare options before you travel.
Yes. We arrange a Bangla-speaking interpreter for your consultations so you clearly understand the diagnosis, treatment options and instructions.
Yes. We provide comfortable, reliable airport pickup and transfers between the airport, your hotel and the hospital.
Yes. For critical patients we coordinate air ambulance transfers with medical crew on board, and arrange direct admission at the receiving hospital in Thailand.
